03. THE POP CULTURE REFERENCES.

There is seriously an endless amount of references to chose from, these are just a few of my favorites/the first ones I thought of. Casey and Ashleigh especially loved their Laguna Beach/The Hills and Grey’s Anatomy references, which is to be expected, since they’re totally the target demo. They reference the most random shows, movies, celebs, anything, and it’s pretty much always references you’ll get (unlike Gilmore Girls, where most of them went totally over my head, ngl). Evan and Cappie even worked a catering company called Party Down, and dressed the part to boot (and yes, that sign says the company they were hosting for was Vandelay Industries)!
